A myriad of local based producers and suppliers deliver on a daily basis from 7am – 8 am. We continually source fresh, local and indigenous produce from vegetables, fresh sustainable catches and meats. Our suppliers, in accordance to Good Food Ireland, standards are all producing the product we require and change seasonally.
